Ladies and gentlemen, Dolly Parton! Lily Tomlin! Jane Fonda!

Best fantasy sequence of all time and that’s because these ladies were rolling up and lighting up, not stuck in some stupid, sleepy dream. Watching Dolly Parton hog tie her misogynistic boss while cackling in pure joy is a hoot. I don’t even know how they pulled off the Snow White references in Tomlin’s fantasy. I figured Disney wouldn’t swing for that sort of thing. Pass the Maui Wowie, ladies!

The only reasonable thing to do when you hate your boss really is to team up with your coworkers to ruin their life. I’ve done it myself at least twice. You can do it however you please, but there are definitely easier ways than others. I would recommend avoiding attempted murder, kidnapping, all those sorts of things, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. These ladies were way more effective in revolutionizing their workplace than I’ve ever been, so maybe my approach of psychological games is only good for running a business into the ground. Noted.

I can’t believe this is my first time ever watching this. I’ve seen the musical, but nothing hits like this. An obvious classic. I could watch it over and over.
