Finally tracked this one down after trying and failing for ages! This is a 2 minute fake commercial satirizing phone sex hotlines. Yes, it counts as a short film. It’s on letterboxd! That’s the rule!

It’s no secret I love Kate Moennig. She’s so sexy, even in a relatively sexless piece like this. I both love and hate the sexlessness of Lez Chat. On one hand, I hate when lesbians are reduced to porn tropes for straight men, which this is obviously poking fun at. But on the other hand, I am a lesbian pervert who really hates the stereotype of lesbians being these completely frumpy, sterile homebodies who only exist to knit sweaters and pack each other a picnic lunch.

Lesbians most definitely fuck crazy style! But I guess we’ve already seen Kate Moennig do that a bunch from 2004-2009. Let her rest.
